I create art to bring humor, imagination, and weirdness into everyday life, and to remind you that growing older doesn’t have to mean growing ordinary.

For most of my life, I thought growing older meant becoming more serious, sensible, and settled. Becoming an artist helped me rediscover a side of myself I had almost forgotten: playful, silly, and full of strange ideas. Maybe being playful and full of imagination isn’t something we should ever grow out of.

That is what I love about cyborgs. Part creature, part machine, a cyborg brings together parts that do not usually belong and becomes something wonderfully strange and entirely its own.

I can be a manager and an artist. Responsible and playful. Focused and full of strange ideas. And you can be more than one thing, too. I want your #NeonCyborg to remind you to make room for all the different sides of yourself and never settle for ordinary.

Keep the weird parts. Life is serious enough.
